FKP is the series of superior class mounted sprayers for the professional management of phytosanitary treatments on all types of vegetation and for weed control treatments.

FKP can be equipped with both the VAC and SIMPLEX range of conveyors.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

CHASSIS

Chassis and bumper entirely laser cut from AHSS (Advanced High Strength Steel).

The closed section of the spars gives the frame extremely high strength and torsional rigidity, the rounded edges at the tank supports guarantee perfect coupling between the metal parts and the fiberglass product.

The frame, as well as the bumper and the various accessory supports are hot-dip galvanized and passivated.

A sturdy steel structure fixed to the rear of the frame protects the lower part of the conveyors from possible impacts and from the suction of leaves and debris.

TANK

  • Polyethylene tank.
  • Available capacities: 600-800 litres.
  • Washing tank.
  • Hand washing tank.
  • Hydraulic tank agitation system for perfect mixing with any density of the plant protection product in the tank.

PLANT HEALTH SYSTEM

  • Diaphragm pump with brass manifolds and heads.
  • Available flow rates: 125/160/185 l/min, 50 bar.
  • Possible applications with low / medium / high doses (from 100 up to 10,000 l/ha).
  • Pump suction filter and delivery filters.
  • Manual or electric pressure regulator.
  • Two or more solenoid valves closing the jet sections.
  • Quick general drain valves.
  • Pre-mixer of phytosanitary products in stainless steel / can washer / Venturi product aspirator.

JETS AND NOZZLES

  • Possibility to install front and rear spokes.
  • 2, 4, 6 or 8 independent jet sections.
  • Double or triple anti-drip jets.
  • Long range jets.
  • Taper-adjustable jets.
  • Anti-drift nozzles.
  • Mirror jets for fertigation.

TRANSMISSION

Two-speed fan multiplier and neutral position, designed exclusively for our machines. The elongated load-bearing structure and the oversized and spaced tapered roller bearings guarantee extreme reliability and durability.

An enhanced version of the transmission box is available as an option, with gear synchronizer and working speed pre-selector.

COMMANDS

Remote control box with control of up to six jet sections,

pressure regulation, section partialization, rapid discharge.

Electronic LCD display of tank level and working pressure

or, alternatively, the speed of work and treatment dose

Computer for automatic dose control: visualization of

working pressure, speed, hectares worked, liters dispensed

GPS satellite guidance system

with computer interface.
